Several times during each month, from 7-8pm, we host In-Office Patient Education and Wellness Classes. During these classes we teach home techniques for reducing stress. Included are techniques such as Pressure Point Therapy, Basic and Advanced Exercises and other self-help procedures. Be sure to tell others; everyone is welcome to attend! These workshops are provided at no charge to the public, businesses, groups, clubs and organizations. We currently present workshops on-site for clubs and businesses, and at local libraries and bookstores on the following health topics:

These workshops are usually held at local libraries, businesses and health clubs. Staying Fit While You Sit

What You Will Learn: Some people spend 80% of their waking time sitting. Learn how to sit properly and the impact that sitting has on your health. Learn about the impact of different sitting postures on the neck and back, and how to minimize the effect of sitting on the health of your body. Simple exercises you can do at your desk to maximize your work time and to minimize your chance of work injury will be presented. Exercises reduce fatigue while sitting on the job, they increase job productivity and increase morale. Participants will receive handouts of Specific Exercises and Do's and Don'ts.
